My favourite reads from the week.
Happy Friday friends! It was another beautiful week around here. The sunny skies & warm, Spring-like temperatures have been working hard to melt away the snow and we’re starting to see our first glimpses of grass peeking out in some of the sunnier spots around the yard.
The warm Spring weather isn’t the only big news around here this week though, did you catch yesterday’s update on Carson’s bedroom? We’ve made a ton of progress this past week and everything is looking even better than I’d imagined! If you missed it, be sure to pop on over to read more!
Do you have any fun plans for the weekend ahead? We’re off to Jasper, AB today to enjoy a few days of adventure and fun in the mountains. I’ve got to say, after spending most of last weekend painting, I’m really looking forward to a few days away. Carson has been skiing with the freestyle team this year (which turned out to be such a blessing as they weren’t really affected by all of the restrictions that shut down most other kids’ sports this Winter), so the boys have actually been making the trip nearly every Saturday all Winter long – I’m SO excited to finally have the chance to join them this weekend and watch C perform in his first ever ski competition!
