Sharing My Favourite Reads From The Week Just In Time For The Weekend.

Well my friends, it’s been a week, that’s for sure. We kicked off the week with our first big snow of the season and then, shortly after I found myself down with the flu. If all of that isn’t a sure sign that Winter is here, I don’t know what is! Luckily my flu passed quickly and I’m feeling better just in time to get some Christmas decorations up this weekend! Last weekend we managed to get most of the outdoor decor set up and this weekend, I cannot wait to start scattering some holiday cheer around the inside! I loved how cozy things felt last year with all of the garlands and lights and a few nostalgic plaids thrown in for good measure, I’m planning to work even more nostalgia into our decor this year, including a second Christmas tree (I’ve always dreamed of having two!) – this beauty just arrived this week and I cannot wait to share my plans for it with you all! Follow along on Instagram for some sneak peeks along the way.

And now, as I get ready to deck the halls, here are a few of my favourite reads this week…
Weekend Reading

I can’t think of a more delicious way to start the day!

Shopping for a dutch oven? You’ll definitely want to give this a read first.
I could spend all day looking through this lovely Insta feed!

6 lovely ways to fold a napkin just in time for the holidays.

Speaking of the holidays, I’m thinking this may be the year we finally add some cozy bedding to our holiday decor (which will be making it’s way out of storage this weekend!).
This gorgeous tree from my talented friend Lucy has me dreaming of a plaid Christmas this year!

Wishing you the most lovely weekend my friends!
