A quick little update & my favourite reads from the week.
Happy Friday! How was your week? Ours felt like a pretty equal mix of catching up after tackling so many projects around here last week (you can catch up with them here if you missed them) and preparing for a busy Fall ahead. Carson’s closet has been restocked with clothes that fit again, school supplies are bought & ready, hockey gear is stocked up for the new season ahead and the pantry is all organized and restocked with all of Carson’s favourite school snacks. This weekend I’m planning to bake up a few snacks & treats to fill up the freezer for homemade school lunch snacks again too – here’s what’s on my baking list if you’re curious:
- lunchbox cookies
- plum oat bran muffins
- lunchbox apple oat bars
- peanut butter marshmallow cookies (C’s request)
