Weekend Reading #201
A quick little update & my favourite reads from the week.
Happy Friday my friends! I hope you had a wonderful week! Ours was pretty uneventful around here – Carson wrapped up his first ever season of volleyball, I finished up report cards (always a such a BIG job) and Brady installed the last of the hardwood in our primary bedroom (the photo above was from last Sunday morning before finishing up the floors). C and I also unpacked a few more bins of Christmas decorations last weekend and the house is finally starting to feel like Christmas! I’m hoping to get the last couple of bins unpacked this weekend and C is really set on decorating our trees, so here’s hoping that by end of the weekend, we’ll be ready to fully soak up the magic of the season all around the house. While Carson and I are busy spreading Christmas cheer, Brady’s hoping to hoping to get the baseboards installed around our bedroom this weekend, which means we’ll hopefully be ready to paint all the things through this coming week! I hate to jinx it, but it won’t be too much longer before we’re moving into our brand new bedroom and ensuite!!!
