Sharing my favourite reads from the week just in time for the weekend.
Oh friends, how are you doing? It’s hard to believe we’re already 5 weeks into staying home. Though the roller-coaster of emotions continues at times, we continue to look for ways to make the most of this extra time at home (I’m actually putting together a list to share here on the blog next week). I hope you are feeling more settled at home these days too.
And now, here’s what I’ll be catching up with this weekend…
WEEKEND READING

5 ways to love your home now more than ever.
How to refresh your home using only what you have.

I cannot wait to try this peanut butter pie in a jar!
And these seem like a great way to balance out all that baking I’ve been doing.
Something fun to do with kiddos outdoors.
The cutest cabin renovation EVER!

And of course, my latest read.
Wishing you the most lovely Easter weekend my friends!

My husband would love the peanut butter desert you made. He’s a huge peanut butter fan. Being house bound has it’s limits especially when the option to head out for dinner or a movie just isn’t gonna happen. I love to read but I’m not so sure about a thriller story. The reviews were great though..what did you think of the book? Have you read it? I have been hunting a blue and white vase like the one shown in one of your photos. I’ll have to look that one up.
I did order a paint by number through that Max Novelty site that posts a lot on Pinterest…..but it comes from Hong Kong and won’t arrive probably before June! Ha! I will stick to planning my flower beds and hunting plants for the pots.
The Krasinski Good Days videos are so funny! Glad you posted them as I have not heard of them before..him yes, but not the videos he’s doing…nice:0)
Stay safe!
Hi Lori! I’m a huge peanut butter fan too! I’m enjoying the book so far, though I enjoy thriller novels – if that’s not your thing, I shared a few of my favourite reads recently in today’s post, maybe you’ll find some ideas there: https://www.makingitinthemountains.com/10-ways-im-making-the-most-of-staying-home/. I LOVE that you’re going to try a paint-by-number! It’s been on my mind too, I’d love to hear your thoughts about it after it arrives! I’m planning out my flower beds and veggie garden right now too – so looking forward to planting them all. Thanks so much Lori, wishing you a wonderful week!
