Weekend Reading

Happy Friday friends! I hope you’ve had an amazing week full of all sorts of Summer fun!

It’s been a busy few weeks around here as we burn the midnight oil to complete all those unfinished projects we’ve have been hanging over our heads before Fall rolls in. Luckily, we’ve had the most amazing contractor to help us plow through it all!

And when he’s not helping build stair railings, Carson’s been picking up all sorts of chores around the house (he decided the trampoline needed a good wash yesterday and in his fireman costume no less).

We’ve been harvesting all sorts of delicious food from our gardens these past few weeks – peas, carrots, lettuce, cucumbers, and more zucchini than I know what to do with! I’ve been baking up a storm trying to use up as much as I can (and freezing up the rest to use later) – if you’ve got any tried and true zucchini recipes, send them my way friends!

And of course, we’ve found some time for all sorts of Summer adventures. After all, we’ve got just four short weeks left before school starts up again (can you believe it?!).

And now, with another lovely weekend ahead of us, here’s what I’ll be catching up with…

WEEKEND READING

This beautiful scandi home tour is the stuff dreams are made of!

Speaking of dreamy home tours.

Hunting for all the best zucchini recipes – this cake with cream cheese icing looks ahhhmazing! Or this one with coconut frosting!

Scrunchie obsessed lately – definitely going to give this DIY version a try!

This was SUCH an interesting read about parenting in the age of fear.

I could scroll this beautiful feed all day!

And finally, because it’s almost scarf season.

Wishing you a lovely weekend as well my friends!

  1. All those zucchini breads and recipes have me wishing I could go home and bake up a storm! I’ll definitely have to whip some up this weekend.

I can't wait to hear your thoughts?
