Weekend Reading

Hello Friday! Oh boy am I glad to see you!

It’s been a busy week of teaching, blogging, swimming lessons, play dates, piano lessons, bike rides, yard work, renovations, baking, reading and even a lovely night out for this Mama.

And you better believe we spent every minute we could this week outside enjoying all that glorious sunshine we’ve waited so long to see!

Bring farmhouse style to your Summer porch with these 5 simple ideas... www.makingitinthemountains.com

It’s really been such fun week, giving us a wonderful reminder of what all the outdoor adventures we’ve got to look forward to all Summer long.

I think my favourite part was breaking in my new cookbook

It was a great way to use up some over-ripe bananas and we found a new favourite banana bread recipe in the process!

I have a feeling this will be one of those go-to cookbooks for all those recipes that become family favourites over the years!

And now, here’s what I’ll be catching up with this weekend…

I just can’t get enough of this beautiful Insta feed

I can’t think of a more lovely place to spend Summer.

This yummy tart is most definitely on my must make list for Summer!

And speaking of that must make list, I’m dying to try each + every recipe from this new cookbook! I’ve got a feeling I’ll discover more than a few family favourites on these pages.

And of course, with this gorgeous Spring weather, I’ve got all things outdoors on the brain. I’ll be spending my evenings pinning away all sorts of backyard and porch inspiration.

We’re looking forward to another wonderful weekend in the sun! Wishing you a lovely weekend as well my friends!
