My favourite reads from the week.

Well my friends, it’s been a few weeks since I’ve managed to sit down and share a Weekend Reading update. Life’s just felt a little busier around here lately and when we do come across some down time, well, we’ve been spending every minute of it enjoying the amazing weather we’ve been having.
After a week of unseasonably warm weather, the last bits of snow have melted away and I think it’s safe to say that everyone around here has all things Summer on the brain. In addition to mountain bike shopping for Carson and my Mom (an impossible task this year!), and taking care of all of my little plant babies that we started for the garden, we’ve also been gearing up for all sorts of Summer projects around the house – it’s been a lot of work planning things out (particularly the garage build), but we’re hoping we’ll be ready to hit the ground running in a few weeks. If you’re curious about our Summer project plans, you can read more about them all here.
We’ve got another busy weekend ahead of us as work to get the garage plans finalized and ready to send off to the structural engineer for review. And of course, I’ll be continuing along with my Spring cleaning while the boys are off to Jasper on Sunday (I’m hoping to tackle the kitchen this weekend).
