A quick little update & my favourite reads from the week.

Happy Friday my friends! How was your week? Ours felt pretty busy around here, I think that was mostly due to not one, but two trips into the city for me. It was totally worth it though – not only did I manage to knock all sorts of things off of my to-do list in there, but I got to spend a ton of time with my sister-in-law and new baby nephew too. She’s really into design too (she does it for a living and shares on her own blog too) – we had so much fun wandering around a few historic neighbourhoods in the city, PSL in hand, taking in all of the character-filled houses, enjoying the beautiful Fall weather and diving deep into discussing all the things. It was such a perfect way to spend the day!
Brady has continued to chip away at mudding the fireplace in the study through the week too. Fingers crossed he can get that all finished up this weekend and maybe even get that mantel back up on the wall so we’ll be ready for tiling next weekend. While he’s busy working away on the fireplace, I’ve got some fun painting projects I can’t wait to dive into! Keep an eye on my Insta stories to follow along with our progress this weekend.
