Happy Friday my friends! I hope you had a great week! It was a pretty cold one around here, with temperatures hovering around -30°C through much of our days, and of course, even colder through the nights. Luckily things are set to start warming up today and this weekend is forecasted to be closer to 0°C (that such a huge temperature swing can happen in such a short amount of time never ceases to amaze me!). We’re planning to take advantage of the warm weather – the boys are taking part in a snowmobile rally on Saturday and of course, I’m sure we’ll be spending lots of time together on the rink out back. I snapped this picture of it the other day and couldn’t help but notice that heart in the sky looking over it – it made me think of Brady’s Mom looking down on us, loving on all of the nostalgic moments like this that this beautiful house has brought back into our lives (if you missed it, you can read more about why this house is so special to us here).
