Sharing all of the Christmas cookie recipes that are inspiring me this holiday season.
Christmas wouldnโt be nearly as sweet without a few special holiday treats to enjoy (and share) through the season! I’ve always had a love for baking, especially when I can share it with friends and family, so I’m sure it’s no surprise that baking up festive treats is one of my favourite things to do through the holiday season. I love testing out new recipes and of course, I can never resist baking up a few batches of our holiday favourites. While we love to keep a tray of sweets on our kitchen counter all season long (baking tip: I always keep extra baking in the freezer to pull out when we have company!), sharing all of our handmade treats is by far my favourite part of baking. Putting together a tin of holiday treats makes for the perfect gift for neighbours, co-workers and all of those amazing folks delivering our Christmas packages.
Next week, I’ll be hosting a group of friends for our second annual Christmas Cookie Exchange (I’m really hoping we can keep this up each and every year!). Not only is it a wonderful opportunity to get together with some friends through the busy holiday season, but it’s such a great way to try out all sorts of Christmas cookies without having to bake them all up yourself! Last year I baked up these Italian Christmas Cookies and they were SO good, but this year I’ wanted’m thinking I want to try something different. I’ve been scouring the internet for weeks now looking for all the Christmas cookie recipes I can find and today, I thought it might be fun to share some of my favourites with you just in case you find yourself on the hunt for a new Christmas Cookie recipe too!

Obviously I won’t be able to bake ALL of these up (no matter how hard I try!), which ones should I start with first?
