Filled with Christmas plaids, holiday greenery and lots of twinkling lights, this nostalgic + cozy Christmas porch feels so welcoming for the holidays.

One of my very favourite things about our home is this big front porch space – it always looks so welcoming and inviting and of course, never more so than when it’s all decked out for the holidays! There’s just something so warm + welcoming about a cozy porch space all decked out in twinkling lights, layers of greenery and just a hint of traditional plaids.

Some beautiful garlands draped around the door with a simple wreath to match are such an easy way to bring a bit of a traditional Christmas feel to the space. Adding in a few pops of red and traditional plaids brings such a cozy, nostalgic feel to it all.

We always stock up on firewood before Winter rolls in, keeping it stacked just beside the door for easy access. Sure, it’s a super practical place to store it all, but I think it looks so lovely + cozy tucked into this little corner of our porch.

And I’ve always loved the look of a lovely wreath hanging in each window! You can find a tutorial for that giant Christmas wreath here, it was SO simple to make.

Nothing is more nostalgic this time of year than a farmhouse porch all decked out for the holidays! It’s truly the most cozy and welcoming space in our home!
