One Room Challenge {Week One}: And This Makes SIX!

It’s that time again my friends…

The One Room Challenge is upon us.

We’ve taken part five times now (yes, FIVE!) and created some absolutely amazing spaces in our home:

Here’s the thing…

We’ve got SO, SO much on the go right now (read more about our latest reno plans here), we’d have to be absolutely mad to add something else onto our plates.

Especially an entire room makeover.

And all in just six week’s time.

Yep, absolutely mad.

Which is why I really have no business saying this.

Yet, that’s just what I’m going to do…

Surprise!

Even with SO much on the go, I couldn’t resist jumping on board once again, signing on to makeover one room in our home in just six weeks.

So, which room will we be taking on? Well, here’s a little hint…

Except, there’s a bit of twist.

You see, I fell in love with this gorgeous bedroom set at The Brick.

Like so in love that I’m willing to completely switch rooms to find enough space to fit it all in.

So, instead of simply making over this one little room, our guest room will be trading places with my old office space

Luckily, I got a bit of a head start on my new office space (which I’ll be sharing tomorrow, so be sure to check back!).

I can’t wait to turn this sad little guest room into a lovely retreat for our guests, and just in time for the holiday season to roll in! Check back next week to see my plans for the space and be sure to follow along with us on Instagram for all sorts of updates and sneak peeks!

Now, you’re going to want to pop over to the One Room Challenge page to check out all of the other incredible room makeovers that are just kicking off too!

Wishing you SUCH a lovely day!

  1. 6 ORCs…that is amazing! I have followed you on your last two and loved them both-that bathroom is still AMAZING! Can’t wait to see what you are going to do this time around. I going to take a look at that first bedroom makeover of yours-I’m doing my son’s bedroom in a Woodland theme and love the look you have going on in yours. Have fun and best of luck! Kristin

I can't wait to hear your thoughts?
