Cozy is the name of the game this time of year. As temperatures drop and the days grow shorter, we’re looking to fill our homes with all things warm + cozy. Today, I’m sharing some of the coziest home decor finds that are on my wish list this Fall.
Fall has always been one of my favourite times of year. The trees all around us are full of the most beautiful, vibrant colours and, as they catch my eye against the pop of a bright blue sky, I just can’t help pausing to appreciate the incredible beauty of our world.
Even on the warmest Fall days, our mornings and evenings are always refreshingly crisp + cool. Toques and scarves quickly become essential wear for those brisk morning walks to school, even if we end up in t-shirts and sandals by the afternoon. Digging out our coziest sweaters and boots is always a highlight for me as Fall creeps in.
Cute scarves, flickering candles and pumpkin spice everything – there are just SO many things to love about Fall. But, I think my very favourite thing about Fall is how the shorter days encourage us all to tuck in for cozy evenings together as a family. Whether it’s a puzzle or board game around the kitchen table or curled up on the couch for a movie night, a cozy evening in with the people I love most will always be my favourite kind.
As Autumn rolls in and we ready ourselves for the long Winter ahead, I can’t help but fill my home with all the coziness I can find, making sure it feels extra warm + inviting as the temperatures outside begin to fall.
