This farmhouse Summer tablescape took just minutes to create and makes for the perfect backdrop for your Summer dining!
Oh my goodness friends, have I got a treat for you!
I’m thrilled to be taking part in a brand new series call {Back to Basics}, hosted by the lovely ladies of 2 Bees in a Pod and The Crowned Goat!
On the second Monday of each month, we’ll be joining forces with an incredible group of bloggers – going back to the basics to bring you all sorts of lovely ideas and inspiration!
Today, we’re kicking things off with some simple Summer tablescape inspiration…
I can’t wait to share my own farmhouse Summer tablescape with y’all!
You may be wondering why my Summer table is set inside the house, instead of the great outdoors…
Well, that’s because you’re not here in Alberta – where Summer has only just arrived!
Which means, we haven’t quite gotten around to setting up our outdoor dining space quite yet.
So, while I’m sure many of my fellow bloggers living a little more south than northern Alberta might have a lovely outdoor tablescape to share, I’m going to take this chance to share our pretty new farmhouse dining space instead!
Inspired by this lovely green garland, I couldn’t resist draping it around a few pretty brass candle sticks to create a simple centerpiece perfect for our Summer table.
Then, I set my table with my favourite white dishes…
Finally, a couple of pretty pillows and I had myself a simple farmhouse Summer tablescape in just minutes!
Now, just in case you saw something you absolutely loved in our new dining space, I’ve linked up sources for all of my decor below:

Kristi – Your summer tablescape is beautiful! The greenery garland is fabulous.Your step-by-step ideas make it look so easy. Our tablescape is indoors too but for the opposite reason…it is way too hot to eat outside right now LOL. Thank you so much for sharing your design talents!
Hahaha! I can’t even imagine it being too hot to eat outside! 😉 Thank you so, so much!!!
Everything is so pretty, I’m not sure which picture to pin first! Your dining room is really beautiful and this summer tablescape is perfection. I love how you used a garland down the center of the table and you know I love those white dishes too. It’s way too hot in Florida to eat outside so we’re eating indoors mostly as well but fall is coming so there’s something fun to look forward to 🙂 Hugs CoCo
Awwwww, well thank you SO much CoCo! I’m so happy you loved it!
