Welcoming Fall with a Simple Farmhouse Fall Tablescape

Welcome a bit of Fall to your home with this simple farmhouse Fall tablescape…

There’s no doubt that Fall is creeping it’s way in. Our mornings are growing crisp and cool and the leaves look more yellow with each glance out the window.

My favourite way to welcome each new season to our home (aside from a new wreath on our front door of course), is with a pretty tablescape in our dining room.

Now, it’s still the earliest of days in our Fall season, which means the bright oranges and reds haven’t taken hold outside just yet. Around here, early Fall is full of greens, yellows and all the apples you can pick!

And so, these are the elements I chose to fill my table with.

I started with some simple eucalyptus branches scattered down the centre of the table…

Then I wove in a few candles

And finally, I threw a few apples I’d gathered from our tree out back into the mix…

Using natural Fall elements from our own backyard to create this pretty farmhouse Fall tablescape makes my heart happy (and makes me a little more excited about the Fall season rolling in)!

  1. Kristi,
Your tablescape is so lovely. I totally love using a simple style that features fresh elements. It lends an airness to the space that is just beautful. Your dining room is fabulous. Loved seeing it today! Wishing you a blessed and happy Fall. Susie from The Chelsea Project

  2. Beautiful! Apples, Eucalyptus and candles make a great combination for early fall. What I really loved is the fact that you picked apples from your own tree.

  3. Those photos of your homegrown apples are stunning! I just want to reach out and grab one! I would love to grow apples but we don’t have enough cold night time temps here where I live! And I had to keep looking at your fabulous light fixture!

I can't wait to hear your thoughts?
