A quick little update & my favourite reads from the week.
Happy Friday friends! I don’t know about you, but we’re so ready for the weekend around here! Between school, work and all of our many house projects currently on the go, it’s been a very busy week. I finally decided on all of the tile for our ensuite and I’m excited to get that all ordered up this week! The rest of our supplies are starting to trickle in – the plumbing fixtures and wallpaper arrived this week as did a few of the lights. We also squeezed in a quick little fireplace makeover with a little help from this can of spray paint. I shared all about it in this quick little reel over on Instagram.
Tomorrow, we’re off to celebrate my Grandma’s 95th birthday with our family – we’ll be baking up a cake tonight to share with her! She’s one of my favourite people in the world and I’m so excited to celebrate this milestone birthday with her! On Sunday, we’ll likely keep plugging away at the renos upstairs – now that the plumbing fixtures have arrived, Brady is eager to get to work roughing in all of the plumbing for them. It’s sure to be a busy weekend, but a great one none the less. 🙂 Wishing you a wonderful weekend too!
