Don’t have a linen closet? Or maybe it’s just running low on space. No matter your linen storage woes, these 12 pretty ways to organize and store linens are sure to leave you feeling organized and inspired!

This week, we announced our latest house project and I couldn’t be more excited! We’ve been working away at all sorts of DIY projects and of course, I’ve been shopping away for all sorts of pretty accessories to fill our new space with!
I’ve found some gorgeous lighting, the most perfect door hardware, and of course, some lovely artwork. But, I’ve really been struggling with what to do with this little nook outside our bathroom.

It’s too big a space to leave empty, yet small enough to make it difficult to find much that might actually fit there.
I’d actually been pondering this for a few months, until one day I had an idea that was so perfect, I couldn’t believe I hadn’t thought of it sooner…
Linen storage!
Not only does it make perfect sense to have a place to store linens in a hallway leading to five bedrooms and a bathroom, but more importantly, without a linen closet, I had been reduced to keeping our extra linens tucked away on the top shelf in our spare room closet, which wasn’t working at all for me. I mean, let’s face it, for a gal who’s only 4′ 11 3/4″, having to reach all the way to the top shelf to grab an extra towel isn’t exactly ideal.
And so, off I went in search of the perfect linen storage solution. I cannot wait to show y’all what I came up with!
Create it:

I’d love to hear what you would choose as linen storage for this little hallway nook we’ve got to work with! Thanks for the help friends!!!
*UPDATE: See which one we went with and how it all came together in the end with our farmhouse style hallway reveal here!

Wishing you SUCH a lovely day!
This is just what I needed! Both of my bathrooms have limited storage space and no linen closets. I’ve been wanting to add some sort of storage shelves or cabinets like these. Thanks for finding these for me!
YAY! SO happy to help Jenna! I’m totally in the same boat and it’s about darn time we get things organized! 😉
I like option one and seven for two reasons. One is that it takes up vertical space and the other is because they both have glass doors on them.
I LOVE the glass doors too – would still be light and airy, even in a hallway. Thanks Cheryl!
I love the wire basket hanging on the wall to hold towels. Visiting from Worthwhile Wednesday.
Me too!!! Thanks so much!
HI Kristi!
That makes perfect sense to have your linens right where you need them most! I like all the options you listed above, and for your little nook, I’d pick #2 & #3 as they look like they have lots of storage inside and are still nice and smaller though…
Thanks so much Katrin! There are SO many great options, I’m having the hardest time in the world deciding!!!
I never thought to use a dresser to store linens.
Thanks Jenn! I’m having to get very creative without a closet 😉
Such a great idea to utilize that space and put something beautiful in it! Thanks so much for linking up to The Creative Circle Link Party. Happy Blogging!
Thank you Jen!!! I can’t wait to finally have somewhere other than the top shelf of our guest closet to store our towels! 😉
I think #7 is my favorite! We have the same problem for one of our bathrooms, and actually bought a small 3 drawer chest at a flea market over a year ago. It’s still sitting in the garage waiting to be finished..oops! Maybe I’ll just buy something pretty instead 😉
Thank you for sharing with us at Merry Monday!
I LOVE that one too Amanda! It’s got such a classic look to it. I bet your chest will look amazing when you do finally get around to it 😉
Great looks! Thanks for sharing at Home Sweet Home!
Thanks so much Sherry!
