Three easy ways to make a cozy living room
*SUCH a big thank you to Wayfair for sponsoring this post! Happy shopping opinions are all my own! For more information, see my disclosure policy here.*
There’s just nothing like winter in the mountains! Snowflakes are just dumping from the sky this morning and not only does everything look so lovely blanketed in white, but it’s giving our little town SUCH energy and excitement as everyone gears up for another awesome ski season!
With the snow flying outside, finding a comfy, cozy spot inside becomes even more essential this time of year! So, I thought I’d share three easy ways to cozy up your living room this winter!
One. Pillows
Nothing says comfy like a soft nest of pillows! How could you possibly curl up on the couch in front of the fire without some luxurious pillows to sink into? They are the easiest way to inject some colour and personality into a room and obviously an essential part to making things feel comfy and cozy!
Script Pillow | Wooded River Feather Pillow | Hadley Crochet Pillow | Nourison Felt Pillow
Two. Throws
I couldn’t possibly live without a warm throw blanket (or ten) on my couch! If fact, even on the warmest days of summer (which baffles my hubby), I can’t curl up on the couch without a blanket! There’s just something about snuggling in with a soft blanket wrapped around you that screams comfy, cozy and relaxing!!!
Brushed Cotton Throw | Plaid Throw | Mink Fur Throw | Pom Pom Fringe Throw
Three. Poufs
Not only are poufs a great way to add colour and style to your room, they’re SO perfect for kicking up your feet after a long day on the slopes (or at work through the rest of the week). Even better, they offer some extra seating for those holiday get-togethers as everyone visits in front of the fire!
Woven Ottoman | Flower Ottoman | Scandinavia Ottoman | Multi-Trend Pouf
As you can see, there were SO many options that I had the hardest time in the world choosing what we needed most in our living room, but after AAAAALOT of window shopping, these gorgeous linen pillows won out!
I really love that I can mix and match the different grain stripes on either side of the pillow!
Tell me you love them as much as I do!
If you’re crushing on any of these Wayfair finds as much as I am, then today is your lucky day! Now through November 24th, you can score 15% off any pillow, throw our pouf by using the code WFPTP15 at checkout! Now is the PERFECT time to add some (or all) of these comfy, cozy elements into your living room just in time for winter!!!
Again, HUGE thanks to Wayfair for sponsoring this post! All opinions are 100% my own. You can read more about my disclosure policy here.
