Winter may have overstayed it’s welcome by a long shot this year, but at least our Spring is making up for it!
It’s been so warm and sunny these last few weeks, it’s definitely reminded me of all the wonderful things we have to look forward to this Summer!
Picnics, bike rides, long days at the lake, gardening, lots + lots of hikes, and more than a few lazy evenings on the porch. You know, just generally soaking up every possible minute of sunshine while we can!
Besides all that glorious sunshine, here’s what I’m loving this month…

{FAVOURITE THINGS IN MAY}
one. The new Magnolia Table Cookbook.
Now, I’ve only tried just one recipe so far, but I can already tell this cookbook‘s going to be one of those go-to cookbooks filled to the brim with the family favourite recipes that tradition and nostalgia are made of.
two. The ultimate scrunchie.
Tying my hair up with one of these pretty scrunchies has already become my go-to Summer style.
three. Wool dryer balls scented with essential oil.
SUCH a simple way to ditch those harmful chemicals and give clothes a subtle, fresh scent.
four. The most refreshing Summer drink.
This sweet Summer tea has long been a fave of mine and I love that I can now sip it at home on my front porch all Summer long!
five. I’ve got just one last word for you … Birkenstocks.
From long Summer walks to girl’s night out, I live in my Birkies all Summer long! They’re the most comfortable and versatile shoes I’ve ever owned.
What are you LOVING this month?
Wishing you a lovely weekend friends!

I could not agree more, winter totally over stayed its welcome this year! I am just loving all the sun, warm weather, and finally being able to relax outside with a book ๐
YES!!! I’ve been working my way through my stack of books too!
So glad summer has arrived for you, friend! Love your front porch… I’m sure you’ll spend lots of time there this summer!
Ahhh, thank you Kendra!
