one. Preheat the oven to 350F.
two. Place the round of brie in a small cast iron dish.
three. Microwave the fig jam for 20 seconds to soften it, then mix 2 tbsp with the sliced figs and pistachios.
four. Top the brie with the remaining 1 tbsp of jam and the fig and nut mixture.
five. Microwave the honey for 15 seconds, then drizzle over the entire dish.
six. Cover the dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with your favourite crackers or toasted baguette.
