I cannot believe it’s somehow Monday already!!! I hope you enjoyed your weekend as much as I did!

I’m SUPER excited to welcome you back to our month long Outdoor Makeover feature!

Outdoor Makeover Challenge @ making it in the mountains

Through the whole month of June, I’ll be focusing ALL of my efforts on this courtyard deck with the hopes to turn it into something beautiful.

Here’s a peek at the BIG plans I’m dreaming up for our outdoor space, which you can read more about here.

We’re hoping to use this outdoor space for a whole lot of outdoor dining and entertaining, which would be pretty hard to do without some fab outdoor dishes. My absolute FAVORITE part of this makeover is that GORGEOUS Pottery Barn table, which is going to make the perfect centerpiece for our dining space (more on that this Thursday!!!), but it would really be such a shame to set that beautiful table with our little man’s plastic dish collection from Ikea … enter yet another perfect excuse to do some shopping!

Outdoor Dishes for Any Budget

I started my shopping journey with the usual suspects – Target, Amazon, West Elm, World Market & Pier 1. Though I did find some really cute options, I didn’t find much that I was REALLY excited to tie into my space. With A LOT of digging, my search expanded to places I hadn’t even thought of and so, in the hopes of saving you all some time and shopping energy to find the perfect dishes for your space, I thought I’d share a few of my favorites:

I cannot wait to set that BEAUTIFUL table with some of these lovely dishes! What could be better than enjoying breakfast outside with my family in our lovely new space with a view like this?!

Be sure to pop back Thursday when I’ll reveal how I got that STUNNING Pottery Barn Table for SO MUCH less!!!

Wishing you all SUCH a lovely week!

I’ve honestly never thought about having outdoor dishes – we are JUST now working on our yard and spending a ton of time out there so this is definitely going on my wish list!

I have been shopping for outdoor dishes too. I love the Ballard Designs and Pier One Imports ones you picked. These are all so fun!

I was surprised at how many choices I found! I think my favorites are the pottery barn ones, but I ended up going with a less expensive option.
